Welcome to my first edition of Sundays in my city, a blog party hosted by Unknown Mami.
Every year for one weekend in June thousands of bikers come into town. They dress tough, but they always seem to be really friendly people. However, they curse like sailors. Out loud. And on their T-shirts.
Yes, I took this picture while driving. Oprah would smack me.
Wow! I'm so loving that motorcycle with the huge bull head. My hubby would just love to hook that thing up to his Harley. And trust me, you're not the only one who's taken photos while driving, he he! Thanks for sharing Sundays in your city!
ReplyDeleteI'm still scratching my head over the first photo. I think Oprah would smack them too :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy SIMC,

ReplyDeletethat motorcycle with the horns is precious!! love it!! I wonder how comfortable it is driving it. sounds like an interesting rally; kind of like Sturgis in South Dakota. Love the shirt too; I think I would have been very tempted to take a picture of it too

ReplyDeleteWelcome to SIMC!!! I was wondering whether those guys actually ride using the horns????
ReplyDeleteMay, I just happened to see them as they were pulling out of a hotel and asked if I could take a pic. They were definitely ready for travel, so I am pretty sure they do ride with those horns on there.
ReplyDeleteHello, nice to meet you.
ReplyDeleteLove your entries in the SIMC.
To answer your question: the fourth plinth has always been empty since Trafalgar was built but for a few years now, the London administration allows for 6 months at a time, artists to display their work.
Hence the ship in the bottle this time. I have various shots of different things.
Have a great week. xxx
Wow! I am sure your city gets loud with all those bikes!! x
