Oh man, i hate when that happens! It's probably just water weight though. Have you tried drinking cranberry juice? It helps get rid of the bloat. That's what I always do after I've had a couple of a "bad" days.
Thanks Cassie! Yes, I think a lot (but not all) is water weight. Grilled meat always does that to me. (Obscene amounts of cookie dough doesn't help the number on the scale either...)
